一、正奧不銹鋼雙螺桿泵概述
正奧雙螺桿泵的種類較多,它們是由不同的螺桿螺旋形面(即螺旋齒形曲線也稱型線)構成不同類型的雙螺桿泵。雙螺桿泵有密封型和非密封型兩大類。 雙螺桿泵作為一種容積式泵,泵內吸入室應與排出室嚴密地隔開。因此,泵體與螺桿外圓表面及螺桿與螺桿間隙應盡可能小些。同時螺桿與泵體、螺桿與螺桿間又相互形成密封腔,保證密閉,否則就可能有液體從間隙中倒流回去。
雙螺桿泵可分為內置軸承和外置軸承兩種形式。在內置軸承的結構型式中軸承由輸送物進行潤滑。外置軸承結構的雙螺桿泵工作腔同軸承是分開的。由于這種泵的結構和螺桿間存在的側間隙,它可以輸送非潤滑性介質。此外,調整同步齒輪使得螺桿不接觸,同時將輸出扭矩的一半傳給從動螺桿。正如所有螺桿泵一樣,外置軸承式雙螺桿泵也有自吸能力,而且多數(shù)泵輸送元件本身都是雙吸對稱布置,可消除軸向力,也有很大的吸高。
泵的這些特性使它在油田化工和船舶工業(yè)中得到了廣泛的應用。外置軸承式雙螺桿泵可根據(jù)各種使用情況分別采用普通鑄鐵、不銹鋼等 不同材料制造。輸送溫度可達 250 o C 。泵具有不同方式的加熱結構,理論流量可達 2000 立方米 / 小時。
二、不銹鋼雙螺桿泵的特點:
無攪拌、無脈動、平穩(wěn)的輸送各種介質,由于泵體結構保證泵的工作元件內始終存有泵送液體作為密封液體,所有的泵有很強的自吸能力,且能汽液混輸。
泵的特殊設計保證了泵有高的吸入性能即很小的 NPSHr 值。采用獨立潤滑的外置軸承,允許輸送各種非潤滑性介質。 臥式、立式、帶加熱套等各種結構型式齊全,可以輸送各種清潔的不含固體顆粒的低粘度或高粘度介質,選用正確的材質,甚至可以輸送許多腐蝕性介質。
三、. 不銹鋼雙螺桿泵的用途
由雙螺桿泵的原理知道,對于外置軸承的雙螺桿泵,通過軸承定位,兩根螺桿在襯套中互不接觸,齒側之間保持恒定的間隙(其間隙值由工況及泵本身規(guī)格決定),螺桿外圓與襯套內圓面也保持恒定的間隙不變。兩根螺桿的傳動由同步齒輪完成。齒輪箱中有獨立的潤滑,與泵工作腔隔開。這種結構的優(yōu)點大大拓寬了雙螺桿泵的使用范圍,即:除了輸送潤滑性良好的介質外,還可輸送大量的非潤滑性介質,各種粘度(最高粘度可達 3*106mm/s )的介質以及具有腐蝕性(酸、堿等性質),磨蝕性的液體。
雙螺桿泵由于其恒定間隙的存在以及型線上的特點,其屬于非密封型容積泵,因此除了輸送純液體外,還可輸送氣體和液體的混合物,即汽液混輸,這也是雙螺桿泵非常獨特的優(yōu)點之一。 雙螺桿泵由于結構的獨特設計,可以自吸而無須專門的自吸裝置,而且由于軸向輸送軸流速度較小而具備很強的吸上能力即很小的 NPSHr 值。
雙螺桿泵還可干轉。由于運動部件在工作時互不接觸,因此短時的干轉不會破壞泵元件,這種特點給自動的流程提供了極大的方便,但干運轉時間受多種因素限制,一般很短。
另外雙螺桿泵在輸送過程中無剪切,無乳化作用,因此不會破壞分子鏈結構和工況流程中所形成的特定的流體性質,并且由于傳動依靠同步齒輪,泵運轉噪音低,振動小,工作平穩(wěn)。
四、雙螺桿泵應用范圍
造船:用作船用裝載泵、掃倉泵、船用壓載泵、主機滑油泵、燃油輸送泵、燃油噴射泵、貨油泵等。
熱電廠:重油及原油輸送泵、重油燃油泵等。
化工:用作各種酸堿鹽液以及樹脂、顏料、油墨、油漆、甘油、石蠟的輸送泵。
煉油廠:用以輸送各種加熱油、瀝青油、焦油、乳膠液、瀝青及用作油輪油、池油、罐車等各種油品的裝載及卸載。
食品:用于酒廠、食品廠、糖廠、罐頭廠、等輸送酒精、蜂蜜、糖汁、牙膏、牛奶、奶油、醬油植物油、動物油、葡萄酒等。
油田:輸送各種油品、原油等。
